Since I was busy with school and work I didn't have much of a chance to share what I have done since Feburary. This picture above is of one morning that was just beautiful so I wanted to share it. It is of Pocatello looking towards the "mountains" and had a great looking sky.
The Idaho State University Women's basketfall team had a great season. These pictures are of the last few games of the season as they were in the Big Sky tournament. Our mascot, the bengal tiger, walked all the way up and down the floor on his hands. It was really cool so I took a few pictures just so I could share it.
This picture is during the game prior to the championship game. It was held on March 9, 2012 and they won 70 to 57. The sad part for me is that I couldn't see the entire game since I was working when it started. I saw as much of the game as I possibly could and I loved it.
The next 3 pictures are from the Big Sky Championship game held on March 10, 2012. ISU played against Northern Colorado. Again I had to work but I was able to see the entire second half. At about 3 minutes left in the game the score was tied at 40. Then at 24 seconds left ISU was up by 2 points, 45-43. The final score was 49-46 with ISU winning the championship.
The after the game celebration!!!!! ISU women's basketball team is in the middle of the floor surrounded by the cheer squad, mascot, dancers, and lots of other people who were on the main floor. I was up on the second floor in the stands, which the picture below shows very well from where I sat.
After the awards were handed out to the team they cut the net down and each player and memeber of the coaching staff each got a piece to take home, they held up the award for all to see. It was a very exciting night. The next week they were able to be apart of the NCAA tournament, but they lost in the the first round. Still to be able to be in the NCAA tournament is an amazing accomplishment.

I didn't know you loved bball so much! I loved watching the Ricks games before they canceled all the sports.
Hey we are planning on driving to Utah (from WA) through Spokane & down through Pocatello because Spokane is one of the places we're interested in living someday. It should work out that we stay the night in a Marriott in Pocatello so we could see you!! We could go out for dinner or if you are working at the least we could come say hi there. I'm excited :)
